The symbol of spa tradition in Mariánské Lázně is situated at the place of the original spa building from 1812. The hotel provides its guests with traditional spa care, based on the use of unique local natural sources – mineral springs, peat and medicinal Maria’s gas. Thanks to the covered and heated connecting corridor between the hotels Nové Lázně, Centrální Lázně and Maria Spa, guests can easily walk to and use the complex of the Roman baths in hotel Nové Lázně.
Accommodation: 108 rooms of the categories Superior, Superior Plus, Junior Suite and Apartment with a bath or shower, television, telephone, WiFi Internet, mini-bar, safe, hairdryer, bathrobe and terry slippers.
Medical Spa: A complete spa cure at a professional level. Medical surgeries and the largest spa department in Mariánské Lázně are situated in the hotel. Spa treatments using natural medicinal sources, water treatments, in addition to a wide range of spa treatments. Ambrosia and Balbín mineral springs for mineral baths and drinking cures are situated directly in the hotel. Children’s treatments: Spa depatment with a paediatrician in the hotel.

Maria Spa is a unique product, which mirrors the history of Mariánské Lázně. By reconstructing Maria Spa, a unique historical spa complex has been extended to Nové Lázně & Centrální Lázně & Maria Spa and has become one of the most wonderful and most preserved gems of spa architecture not only in the Czech Republic but also in Europe.
Accommodation: 20 rooms of the categories Superior, Superior de luxe and Junior Suite. Rooms are equipped with a bathroom with a bathtub, bidet, cosmetic mirror, TV, telephone, Wifi – access to the Internet, high speed Internet access, iPod /iPhone docking station, radio alarm, minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, safe for a notebook, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers. A view of the colonnade or the park, most rooms have a terrace or balcony.
Medical Spa: The spa complex, which has always specialised in the usage of natural sources, was the first place in Europe and maybe in the world, where peat was used for healing (historical name Mud Bath). Maria Spa is also the place where the natural CO2 Maria’s gas emerges, which then gave its name to the town – Mariánské Lázně. Today’s guests are provided with mineral baths with peat extract, peat packs, group inhalation and above all the original Maria’s dry carbonated pool with oxygen therapy.
